Our professional cleaners use this system when cleaning your home to avoid cross-contamination. Using a cloth to clean your toilets and then using the same cloth to wipe your countertops, can cause bacteria and viruses that are in your bathroom, to enter where you eat. Without a color-coded system, your home would be a lot less sanitary. The use of a color-coded system ensures that our cleaning technicians have a specific guide to follow for each room in your home to avoid cross-contamination as much as possible.

Do I Need To Be Home For My Cleaning?
The first time you use our services, we recommend you be home. So that you can welcome the cleaner, show them around, and be there to see the results.
If you’re a frequent customer, make sure to let us know how you'd like us to access your home. If we are unable to access the property you will be charged.
Does My Cleaning Include Laundry?
Our house cleaning does not include laundry. However, you can add the option to your cleaning as an extra. Please make sure before the cleaner arrives that things like pants pockets are empty and the clothes are ready to be washed. We will not be held accountable for damage.
How Long Will My Cleaning Take?
The amount of time it takes for us to clean your home depends on the house and services booked. For our standard cleaning services the avarage time spent for 3 beds and 2 baths is around 4-6 hours for one cleaner, and 2 cleaners usually take 3-4 hours.
What If I Need To Reschedule/Cancel?
You will not be charged a cancellation fee, as long as you give us a 24-hour notice. If there is a lockout or last-minute cancellation you will be charged a $75 fee.
Should I Tip My Cleaner?
We pay our cleaners very well so you don’t have to tip them. However, cleaning is a hard job, if you feel they went above and beyond, you are welcome to tip your cleaner. You can either give the cleaners cash directly or add it to your account by contacting us. 100% of the amount tipped will go to the cleaner.
What If I'm Unhappy With The Result Of My Cleaning?
We strongly recommend for your first time cleaning for you to be home when you are using our services. This ensures that you are satisfied with your cleaning. If you notice something after the cleaner has left, you have 24 hours to contact us, and we will be sure to send another cleaner to fix any mistakes.
What Is The Cost Of The Cleaning?
Our Cleaning Service rates are based on the size of your home, the kind of cleaning you want, and how intensive the cleaning task is. You can get an instant quote by calling us at 239-238-3979. Our cleaning estimations are a "rough estimate" of how long it will take to clean your home. If the cleaning technician determines that they need more time, we will call you for approval before any additional charges are added. Every home is unique, the less intensive the task is the lower the price will be.
How Do I Pay For My Cleaning?
To book a cleaning we require a credit or debit card to hold the reservation. The amount is put on hold for 24 hours before the cleaner arrives, to make sure we have a valid card. You will only be charged after the cleaning. We only accept credit/debit cards and cash payments. We do not accept checks.
Do I Need To Provide My Own Cleaning Supplies?
You don't need to supply cleaning supplies, our cleaners will come with all supplies and equipment needed. If there is a specific product you want us to use just provide and tell the cleaner how you'd like them to use it. Please be informed on how to use the cleaning product, our cleaners won’t be responsible if any damange happens during the use of your product.
